SPEAKING

While Amy spent most of her life seeing herself as a singer, God surprised her in 2023 with opportunities to teach. The open doors of the church led to open doors in the academy, and Amy is now dually enrolled at Oklahoma Baptist University working toward the completion of her Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries and Music, as well as a Master of Divinity. In this environment, she has realized a passion for helping others discover that the God of the Old Testament is the same God of the New Testament. All of redemptive history reminds us that God finishes what he begins, never abandoning the work of his hands, and Amy' s story is no exception. She is grateful for the opportunity to teach a doctrinal class at her home church, in addition to sharing the story of God’s faithfulness in her life every chance she gets.

The clips provided below give a glimpse into the weekly class Amy currently teaches, as well as other events at which she has shared. She is happy to craft lessons around particular themes or passages, as well as incorporating music when appropriate.
